My mother gave me permission to go to a tanning salon. I cut the best tan in the shortest possible time, my exposure to ultraviolet rays.
I would like some tips for beginners.

It would be best, the people who speak in what tanning beds your choice. You can do much to help. In general, you can use your skin by to tell you a few questions, then you will be the number of minutes that should start, as time passed, and how often you should tan in a week recommended. Be sure to tell them the result they wanted, and any number of views that we hope to achieve this result in. You probably have at least 3 times before you start to notice a color difference.
Do not use a solarium also good protection. You will see faster results with a sunscreen with a sun screen. Two of my favorites is the skin of Spellbound, which with 4 bronzers and Black Skin, which has 20x bronzers has. Both the formula for the silicone emulsion, which your skin feeling soft and silky after use makes.
Also a good idea, with a daily moisturizer. Although hydrated skin tans better and faster, and the color longer.
And please make suresome kind of eye protection wear either goggles or stickers. UV rays can damage your eyes!
