What can a dilated exam tell the dr.? - retinitis pigmentosa cataract

Retinitis Pigmentosa? Cataracts? Retinal detachment? Can you do these things, if the test or if there is any evidence of these elements?

An examination of the eye expands shown all these things. The enlargement of the pupil is able to open for the MD of the back of the eye including the retina, the lens of the eye to see, such as cataract, vitreous, optic nerve and blood vessels eye. MDS diabetes, high blood pressure find, cerebral edema, but expanded by a pupil.
